DESIGNING in the PARK AND LAND DEVELOPMENT section (landscaping):

In order to proceed with the design, a pre-prepared, detailed project is required, regardless of whether it is a small site such as landscaping a terrace or a larger one - landscaping a yard, landscaping a park, residential area, etc.

The complete project documentation for landscaping is prepared in two or three phases according to the specifics of the site and the requirements of the investor (conceptual design phase, technical phase and detailed design phase).

The existing vegetation is photographed, the necessary source data is provided. A study is carried out of the terrain-relief defined for the park development, determination of the existing vegetation by type on the geodetic survey of the terrain provided by the investor, including cadastral information, above-ground infrastructure, relief, existing vegetation.

- Dendrological list of tree, shrub and flower vegetation;

- Planting project, which shows the exact distance between the individual decorative species and their sizes;

- Project of the alley network with decorative pavements and details to them /if necessary/;

- Explanatory note;

- Quantitative and quantitative-value bill /at average prices/.

The project is submitted in an A4 format folder after being approved by the investor.
